Terms & Conditions JudiKiss – A Complete Guide for Malaysian Members

By registering, accessing, or using any part of the judikiss platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the judikiss Terms & Conditions set out in this document.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and judikiss as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use the judikiss platform.

These Terms & Conditions should be read together with the judikiss Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, all of which form part of the overall agreement between you and judikiss.

To register and use the judikiss platform, you must fully meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age as of the date of registration.
• Not a resident of any jurisdiction where online betting is absolutely prohibited.
• Register only one account in your own name using accurate, truthful, and complete information.
• Do not register on behalf of another person or use someone else's identity.

Judikiss reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including copies of your national ID, passport, or other relevant documents — at any time to verify your account information. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary suspension or permanent closure of your account.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active judikiss account. If more than one account is registered by the same individual — using the same name, phone number, email address, or device — judikiss reserves the right to suspend or close all such accounts and forfeit any remaining balances or unclaimed winnings.

Judikiss reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit suspected of originating from an illegitimate source, being linked to money laundering, or contravening any applicable rules or laws.

Judikiss members may withdraw their winnings at any time once all bonus rollover requirements have been met and account verification is complete. Withdrawal rules are as follows:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a Malaysian local bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your judikiss account.

If an account is suspected of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or any violation of judikiss rules, we reserve the right to suspend withdrawal processing until the investigation is complete.

All Sports Betting at judikiss is subject to the following general and sport-specific rules:

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled, except under specific circumstances outlined by judikiss.
• Judikiss reserves the right to void, partially void, or adjust the odds on any bet in the event of a technical error, odds printing error, or non-compliance with betting rules.

Judikiss offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

Any judikiss account that shows no login, deposit, betting, or withdrawal activity for 90 consecutive days will be classified as an "inactive account". The following rules apply to inactive accounts:

• Judikiss will send a notification to your registered phone number before an account is classified as inactive.
• A monthly administrative fee may be applied to account balances that remain inactive for more than 90 days. This fee will be clearly stated in the notification sent to you.
• Inactive accounts with a zero balance will be automatically closed after the stipulated period.

• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Indication that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Use of automated software, bots, or third-party tools to exploit the platform.
• Attempted money laundering or any other illegal activity conducted through the judikiss platform.
• Systematic abuse of bonuses or promotions.

In cases where an account is closed due to a proven violation, judikiss reserves the right to forfeit the remaining balance in the account. Where the closure is at the member's own request (voluntary self-exclusion), available funds will be returned after deducting any active bets and completing identity verification.
